False Bay's Engineering NCV programmes are made available at two campuses: Westlake Campus and Khayelitsha Campus. These Engineering programmes are for a 3-yr length.

NCV Engineering Course Entry Prerequisites

These programs start out at NCV level 2 as well as minimum requirement would then be Grade nine certificate with a pass in Arithmetic.

Once the student finishes NCVLevel two, they might then have attained a grade ten certificate. NCV Level three would be grade 11 website and NCV Level four is grade twelve.

NCV Level four is at the exit level, staying equivalent to a Nationwide Senior Certificate (NSC).

Grade 9 is on NQF level 1. Our NCV programmes start NCV amount 2 and that is equivalent to an NQF level two.

On which type of students are fitted to these programmes, they say that the world is acknowledging that standard education is just not necessarily the one way of getting an artisan or getting to be qualified so if a student knows from an read more early age what their pursuits are, the NCV programme is actually completely fitted to that student.

False Bay TVET College will assist the student to become qualified in his field of interest. Students who want to become entrepreneurs will also have access to their Centre of Entrepreneurship on the Westlake Campus.
